Missing content of diff result when a test case output doesn't match to key file.

Environment

Overnight Build and test system, Python 2.6.6 environment. (In Python 2.7.3 there is no problem.)

Description

When a test case output doesn't match to the expected result from a key file, then the Regression Test Engine generates a diff output, to show what and where is the difference.

In Some new test case the diff result is empty, like this:
