5.2.0rc1 ganglia monitoring is missing a file

Description

Got this message on the 190 cluster when I went to look at the ganglia plugin.

ws_rrd.getGraphSVG

Can not find rrd file for '/var/lib/ganglia/rrds/_SummaryInfo_/unknownQueryFailed.rrd'

Ok, I see what you did. https://github.com/hpcc-systems/HPCC-Platform/pull/6935 should really have been done under an independent JIRA ticket though (or at least some commentary in here or in the pull request or both would have helped...)
