Provide screen shots of functional LDAP configuration

Description

Users seem to have problems getting LDAP correctly configured, especially with respect to the various OU strings. I think a screen shot of a functional LDAP Server config and the ESP "Authentication" tab would be helpful. We could provide these for both ActiveDirectory and 389DirectoryServer
