html based graph viewer lacking zoom feature

Description

In both the Graph control or the new html based graph viewer, there is no zoom bar that lets the user click and drag to zoom into a graph. This can be an issue as there are some users that are unaware of the ctrl + mouse wheel ability for zooming.

However the issue here (that needs addressing) is that people who have none of the above (not even a mouse wheel) are stuck. And the people who DO have one of the above may not realize that they can use it.

FYI The new HTML control supports "pinch to zoom" as well - granted you need a touch screen.
