Suppress errors displayed when looking at a logical file

Description

This is as a a result of an email trail where a user reported getting a number of different errors when viewing the logical file list or a logical file. We think this is as a result of a change made in this area recently:

HPCC-13398 DropZone Folder Selector

We think we simply need to suppress these errors which may relate to areas where access is not granted and the user simply doesn't need to know about them.

We consider this to be a regression to be fixed before 5.2.4 goe4s gold.
