esp should log wuids for WUDeploy and WUPublish by default

Description

I think the esp logs can benefit from having the corresponding WUID for all WUDeploy and WUPublish commands.

WUDeploy will create a new workunit. Is that what you want to log for WUDeploy?

WUID has been logged for WUPublish:

Can remove target version, set fix version to 6.2.
