Incorrect info for PERSIST regarding SEQUENTIAL in the Lang. Ref. Man.

Description

The following excerpt for PERSIST in the Language Reference Manual is incorrect such that it can simply be deleted.

"By definition, PERSIST on an attribute means the attribute is evaluated outside of any given evaluation order. There-
fore, SEQUENTIAL has no effect on PERSISTed attributes."
