Add a heirarchical stats view

Description

It would be useful to have a tree based stats view on the timings page, without having to display the graph.

Exact format is debatable - possibly similar to one available in the graph viewer.

Does this require changes to the way stats for child queries are reported? Currently they are coming out (from roxie) as:

graph1:sg6:a8:fgetFibList,cnt,NumExecutions,8

This should possibly be

graph1:sg1:ac4:sg6:a8:fgetFibList,cnt,NumExecutions,8

I have a PR for this which isn't exactly what your requesting here, but suspect may be more useful. Please reopen if still warranted.

Can we revisit this after the beta as the new timeline on the timings page will cover some of this, but suspect you will have some additional suggestions.
