DOCUMENTATION: ESDL service name is now optional

Description

ESDL service name had been required in order to perform a "publish ESDL definition" and/or "publish ESDL Binding".
As a convenience to users, the ESDL service name parameter is now optional in the ESDL tool as well as WsESDLConfig with one stipulation that the target ESDL definition being used only defines one ESDL service.
