Add logout feature with redirect upon success

Description

Kunal, add the logout button to the advanced menu inside of HPCCPlatformWidget.js/.html and call the ESP service that Kevin will provide you to logout. Upon, success redirect them to Login.html. We should also add a hidden string stating "You have logged out of. Please log back in" and show it once they reach this page after a log out.

ECLwatch js code may have to support any redirect. I have found at least 2 other places where redirect is needed.
