Improve ECL generated from ESDL for result monitoring.
Add support for un-monitored scalars. A scalar with attribute
<field diff_monitor=""/> will not be processed.
Also, fix layouts without imediate scalar children still need to have their metadata collected.
Add inputs for setting the timeout and retry values for the SOAPCALL out to Roxie/ESP, raise the defaults.
Mangle more field names that are ECL keywords (at least matching default ESDL ecl generator).
