Provide Unicode Version of findCount

  • Code written in c++ to execute findCount with Unicode capabilities

  • Test Cases written to mirror the string version of findCount with added tests for characters other than the English alphabet

  • A well-documented stub function in ecllibrary/std/uni.ecl for findCount
