Internal translation to windows shares broke remotefile->queryFilename()

Description

Example : //192.168.1.10/c$/dir1/somefile.

Creating an IFile and calling queryFilename() returns:
//192.168.1.10:7100c:/dir1/somefile
When should return:
//192.168.1.10:7100/c$/dir1/somefile
