ECL Watch: Unable to review PackageMap info

Description

Affected tab: Published Queries -> Package Maps

Opening that tab shows the header, but instead of content shows a "...Loading..." message that never goes away. Clicking on buttons within the header does not change the content.

I can confirm this behavior.  This even happens if there is no package loaded.
