URL provided in the HPCC Systems Platform Documentation to download the ECL IDE is no longer valid

Description

I believe this step:

in the HPCC Systems Platform documentation is no longer valid. So far, I can only find the ECL IDE under Tools after selecting the Windows OS on the download page. Shouldn't we have a direct path to the IDE? Or an additional page dedicated to Tools under the download navbar button?
