dafilesrv XSD

Description

Implementation of the dafilesrv XSD.

dafilesrv should be required on every node, including the Dali node, so add an event that adds each hw instance to the dafilesrv component. 

Questions:

  • Allow more than one instance of dafilesrv component in the environment?

  • Can more than one dafilesrv be on the same instance

  • Should we force dafilesrv on all instances
