Add ActivityContext support for embedded Java code

Description

Embedded Java can be specified as ,ACTIVITY, but cannot at present access the activity context to see numSlaves etc.

There is an example in the regression suite (java-activity.ecl) that should help show what is needed

This probably should be accompanied by a documentation change on how to access the context in the Java code - do you know if that happened?
