Allow request that take > 60 seconds not timeout in ECL Watch

Description

Currently, ESPRequest is using a timeout value of 60 seconds. It would be ideal to relay to the user if the request has surpassed this threshold to indicate something is occurring and the response does not come back as: "Timed out at 60000ms"
