Example usage:

daliadmin <dali-ip> cleanglobalwuid

NB: this will lock the global workunit for the duration of the run. That will block any job that is trying to interact with a persist file whilst cleanglobalwuid is running.
To reduce the time spent, it is recommended that this is run locally on the dali node.

For testing purposes there's a dryrun option, e.g:

daliadmin <dali-ip> cleanglobalwuid dryrun
