This has hit me again - this time because I had run a profiler in that directory.

The build process is currently including too much (everything?) from the testing/regress directory in the package.
That causes extra files to be added if the regression suite has been run.
In my situation it was causing a corrupt package error though (not sure if it was a dodgy .sh file, or the 14Gb test file that was present.)
