Disk Usage pane scrollbar doesn't appear until window resize

Description

In the Activity - Activity panel, when there are a sufficient number of Thor clusters (at least) to require more than one row of disk meters...

There is no scrollbar initially painted - but it appears on a browser window resize (and possibly other events?).

Conclusion

None

For the record, I applied this patch to a test cluster and it appears to work as expected.
