Document new --dfu-copy option command line option

Description

Supported by the following command line commands:

ecl packagemap
  add
  copy
  add-part

ecl publish

ecl queries
  copy
  copy-set
  recreate
  import

DFU Options:\n"
              --dfu-copy    Use DFU to copy files during deployment, not on roxie in the background
              --dfu-queue   DFU Queue to use when doing a DFU copy
              --dfu-wait    Amount of time in seconds to wait for DFU copy to complete (if neither --only-copy-files or --stop-if-files-copied are specified) default is 1800 (30 minutes)
              --dfu-overwrite Set DFU copy command to overwrite physical files that are already on disk.
              --only-copy-files  copy the files needed for the query, but don't publish the query
              --stop-if-files-copied If all files already exist, publish the query.
                  Otherwise, copy the files needed for the query, but don't publish the query
