Push pagination query string params into url

Description

It would be helpful if any pagination in list views in ECL Watch persisted into the url. Currently, for example, if you are on the Workunits page, use the pagination controls to move some number of pages away from the start of the list, click a workunit, and then click the back button in browser's UI, you are sent back to page 1 of the workunits list.

Conclusion

Add support for "PageNum" like "SortBy"
