9.X.X Platform - Despray Path Problems

Description

When Despraying a File there are several problems with the Path section.

  1. Path selection opens a drop-down menu now that isn't sorted.

  2. Path selection doesn't allow for manually adjusting the folder to despray to. For example I cannot spray to data/brentons_folder/ for better organization of the Landing Zone.

  3. If you flip to the old ECL Watch interface and manually enter a path, it is prepending one of the drop-down options to the path, resulting in an invalid path

It looks like this is being handled in Fields.tsx, I have resolved the sorting issue.

Looks like the issue only happens when using ECLWatch v9. On https://alpha_vault_thor_esp.risk.regn.net:18010, I just desprayed 3 files using the old ECL Watch interface and different folders. The 3 jobs work fine.

It may all be UI issues.. but comments above make it sound like it's also going to a non dropzone path, which the service should catch/stop.
- can you do some initial checking?
