I noticed my my last statement above is particular unclear!
I meant:

I think we would not hold off.
Even without any new features, it would be sensible to change the documentation now/asap, to move from "Workunit Analysis Tool" to "Cost Optimizer", to emphasize this tool can be used to help find area that are expensive (time or cost).

I'd vote not to.

I think it would, even without any new features, to start rewording the description to emphasise that this tool can be used to spot cost.
