column headings in eclwatch resizing incorrectly

Description

In 5.2.0rc1, the column headings in eclwatch are resizing incorrectly on their own. I believe mentioned that this is actually a bug with dojo.

This was merged I had to clean up some issues with the ticket. Nevertheless, here is the pull request and indeed was merged and I see the fix in my current version.

I am not sure this is fixed. In RC3 I am having problems with the columns again which sounds like it is the same as this. If I display the workunit list and hover over the columns which are spread out across the page, they suddenly squish up together and don't align at the top of the columns properly.

We may be able to add a listener to keep from columns resizing.
