Foreign looks in k8s remap the file meta data to point to the directio file service.
In doing so, they were altering the live Dali file tree adding additional meta data used by the client, but because it was a IPT in Dali, these changes were published.
Also, the creation of a IFileDescriptor (for serialization) caused a group lookup after this remapping, which was causing spurious "anon" groups to be published to Dali.
