Sprint 2

Description

On every syntax check of a file add the "-M" option for meta xml.

Get the XML that is returned and it should be passed into the correct instance of ECLMeta / ECLFile for parsing.

ECLMeta/ECLFile will need to parse the XML and update the master list RHS with its content as appropriate.

Update the getMetaInfo call so it returns better information.
