Regression suite run is creating temporary ecl file that is not cleaned up

Which causes failures next time I run the suite, as it's in the ecl directory

The failures on the next run are that there is no matching key file for this ecl test.

The files in question contain

import dynamicsource_tag; dynamicsource_tag.execute(source := 'test');

Please give me the command line used to execute and how that command finished (logs).
What kind of temporary files left?
What kind of failures caused at next run?
