Add logging function to Dynamic ESDL service

Description

The Dynamic ESDL service may use WsLogging service to log some information. The Dynamic ESDL service needs to: (1) read logging manager configuration from esp.xml; (2) load the logging manager dll and pass the configuration to the logging manager after the dll is loaded; and (3) call updateLog() method whenever some information needs to be logged.
