Simplify error messages "copy to clipboard"

Description

The text of an error message cannot be selected when the amount of text exceeds the display width. This makes it difficult to communicate the error message in an e-mail or a Jira ticket.

Messages should be selectable and the user should be able to copy tha message to the clipboard for subsequent action.

I am able to select the errors in Chrome without issue (but I may not have reproduced the width issue exactly). I will re-purpose this issue to add a copy dialog to simplify the copying (as we do this elsewhere for other issues).
