Unable to delete empty superfile using eclwatch

Description

On the 190 cluster, there is a superfile "thor_data400::key::bipv2::qa::biz_preferred" that does not appear to be used (no owner, no cluster, no number of records, etc). I click on the name to get to the details page (which also shows no subfiles). I click on delete superfiles, and the super file does not get deleted.

Looks like the problem is caused by recent code change of moving remove super file operation into transaction. Right now, the transaction only happens when there is subfile to be deleted.
