Investigate cores in onWUWuery

Description

Trying to run regression suite setup with Cassandra workunits enabled, esp is coring inside onWuQuery, while retrieving a wu list.

Need to investigate both why it cores (it should not...) and why it is retrieving a list (it should be getting info on a single wu, I would have thought).

The 'why' seems to be a peculiarity of the regression suite, which looks up by jobname rather than by wuid (I don't know why).

The core was related to when totalThorTime was not set.
