Add some function to search data skew? show warning?

From one customer: Big data skew may cause a big problem. One of thor nodes may be out of space.

There already exists the #option 'defaultSkewWarning' that can be set for a workunit to generate a warning if the specified skew is exceeded. This won't give information about a workunit that was already run without the option though.

There are two aspects really - spotting skew in graphs and spotting that some nodes are short of space. The latter should be covered in preflight I think.
