Copying DISTRIBUTED indexes

Description

When we try to copy an index that was built with DISTRIBUTED option, the copied index defaults to "global" instead of maintaining the "local"

thor_data400::bair::key::frags::20151021_000824::dtldictx - built on http://10.240.32.15:8010 (with DISTRIBUTED)

thor_data400::bair::key::frags::20151021_000824::dtldictx - copied to http://10.240.32.16:8010 (defaults to global instead of local)

So in this case it's DFUcmd_copy. I think it's not copying across "File/Attr/@local". Not sure who works on those issues at this point.

Has Attila started working in that area?

We tried both ways

1. copy via eclwatch
2. fileservices.copy from ecl
