Preserve Compression checkbox is ignored (if unchecked), always set, at least if input is compressed

Description

When copying a compressed file via eclwatch (may happen for uncompressed files too), if the 'Preserve Compression:' tickbox is unchecked, it is still set into the DFU workunit.

NB: It is set regardless of whether source file is compressed or not.

This is whilst performing a Copy operation from a summary tab of a logical file.
