Update Super files affects the behavior of publish when a query that references superfiles is published with a remote dali ip or the superfile is foreign.
If "Update Super Files" is not checked then if a referenced superfile doesn't already exist locally it will be created and copied from the remote dali.

If "Update Super Files" is checked then even if the superfile already exists locally, it will be over written with the remote definition.
