LDAPSecMgr sometimes creates conflicting LDAP entries

LDAP enabled HPCC

Description

Looking at the LDAP server OU tree, there are many "conflict" entries that somehow got created

OU=eclwatch_mdm,OU=espservices,OU=ecl,DC=INTERNAL,DC=SDS
and
OU=eclwatch_mdm\0ACNF:4ec443c6-4041-4374-b085-c1111c99c0f8,OU=espservices,OU=ecl,DC=INTERNAL,DC=SDS
