ConfigMgr to add LDAPServer field for viewsBasedn

Description

Config Manager needs to add a "viewsBasedn" field to the LDAPServer configuration. This follows the exact same pattern as groupsBasedn, and the variable should be called viewsBasedn. Default should be "ou=views,ou=ecl"
