Thor slaves can use excessive memory due to GLibc arenas (see HPCC-12483)

Description

Glibc allocates areans based on the number of cores. These can use excessive virtual and actual memory on highly threaded programs.

https://hpccsystems.atlassian.net/browse/HPCC-12483#icft=HPCC-12483 address most process and was supposed to cover thorslaves, but it doesn't because of the way slaves are started via frunssh.
