Need to be able to get to the archive of a query from esp

Description

If a query is compiled from an archive using eclccserver then there doesn't appear to be a way to get at the archive.

As well as the link for the ecl there needs to be a link for the archive on the helpers page.

How to extract the archive from DLL? I have studied ILoadedDllEntry, but, have't found out a solution.

Extracting from DLL when the user clicks on the link is fine. But I think we need a quicker way to know to display the link.

Perhaps isArchive should be set on the Query tag? If it were perhaps we could show the archive link based on that value.

It may be deliberate to try to keep the Dali size down - do we really need a second copy, or should eclwatch extract the info from the DLL in these cases?
