Dali exception causes inability to display any logical files

Description

In an Alpha dev roxie environment, an issue with a particular logical file causes Dali to get an exception. This exception prevents any files from being displayed in ECLWatch under the Files tab, not just the file that has an issue.

I'm not sure it warrants changing the serialization format..
It it had logged the error (indicating which file) and continued - that would have been sufficient I think

Dali throws an exception: [ 0: 2017-02-08 01:55:48 GMT: IPropertyTree: Ambiguous xpath used getProp: ambiguous xpath "Attr"]. Should Dali skip the file and add some warning into the MDFS_ITERATE_FILTEREDFILES response?
