ConfigMgr Sessions tab needs some rework

Description

The ESP Sessions tab needs some rework
1) name should be domainName
2) logonURL="/esp/files/eclwatch/templates/Login.html"
3) logoutURL blank
4) session timeout tooltip should state 0 means default timeout, -1 means no timeout
