In https://hpccsystems.atlassian.net/browse/HPCC-19471 we changed the preferred method for stop/start is systemctrl.
In that update, we pointed out that Centos 6 does not support systemctrl. Ubuntu 14.04 doesn;t support it either so that fact needs to be mentioned.
