Capture MySQL cache options missing from roxie.xsd for ConfigManager 2

Create bug for ConfigManager 2.0 in order to ensure changes captured that were made in existing roxie XSD.

@mysqlCacheCheckPeriod, @mysqlCacheTimeoutPeriod @mysqlConnectionCacheSize are read by the MySql plugin on startup, from the RoxieTopology file. But as the xsd does not mention them then they would have to be added manually.

Should also check the mechanism for hthor and thor.
