The current STD.Date functions produce a formatted string (using strftime options), but don't allow for the fractional seconds to be included.  This is a suggestion to add a TimestampToString() function that:

• Allows the fractional seconds to be requested

• Displayed in (rounded) milliseconds or microseconds, depending on the format specifier
