Add dafilesrv return codes to help clients distinguish error type (e.g. token expiry)

Description

At the moment there aren't many error codes returned with the errors emanating from dafilesrv.
In particular it would be useful for client to know that the reason they are denied access is because the security token has expired.

After this change, the response format for everything but testsocket will be the same as the standard.
