Envchk fails to locate schema files

It appears that it is looking for "..\componentfiles\configschema\xsd\" relative to the working folder and not relative to the executable file:

Changing the working dir to: C:\Program Files (x86)\HPCCSystems\7.2.0\clienttools\bin gives the following error:

I will remove the plugins reference. That is a place holder for future plugins files, but is not needed at this time. In fact, that mechanism will likely change.

As for finding the component XSD files, it expects the working directory to be the same as where the executable is. That way the relative paths can work. I'll look at other solutions.
