Document new adminGroupName feature

Description

Admins can now specify an LDAP group that contains users to be given HPCC Administrator rights. Previously, HPCC Admins had to be a member of the LDAP Administrator group, giving them too many privileges outside the realm of HPCC.

To use this feature, open ConfigMgr and navigate to the LDAPServer component. Edit the new "adminGroupName" field, giving it the name of an LDAP group containing users that should be granted HPCC Admin rights

This needs to go into the User Security Maintenance chapter that gets included into Sys Admin and Installing and Running.

Also please make sure that the attribute in the XSD has a tooltip and properly renders into the Config Manager book.
