Steps to Reproduce the Issue(Protected)
1. Login to ECL Watch
2. Click on the logical file page
3. Select the logical file
4. Click on the protected check box
5. Click Save

Actual Result: Able to select the checkbox but not able to save the file

Steps to Reproduce the Issue(UnProtected)
1. Login to ECL Watch
2. Click on the logical file page
3. Select the logical file
4. Click on the protected check box which is already been selected
5. Click Save

Actual Result: Able to deselect the checkbox but not able to save the deselect option
